Ha, this is the real deal, totally instrumental mania! Valence from New York brings this cool Ep featuring 3 songs of amazing musicianship, in the vein of Cynic, Dreamtheater,and why not i dare to say Atheist as well, while having a traditional sound they still sound fresh mixing their progressive-jazz sounding, and maybe even original too. But who cares about originality as long as it kicks ass as hard as this. Valence takes it to the next level, there's lots of heavy and melodic riffs and killer tempos. I really can't wait for their full-lenght. Everyone into some seriously instrumental music should pick this up. It's cool to hear some bands still playing this kind of stuff.
